OUR STORY, OUR ROOTS

Rooted in Love was born from a personal journey — one of deep healing, reconnection and remembrance.

It began in Grenada, among the lush hills and warm seas of the Caribbean, a place where the land still speaks, and the plants still heal. As we slowed down and returned to nature, we began to eat from the earth, learn the language of herbs and honour the ancestral ways of nurturing the body, mind and spirit.

What started as a personal pursuit of wellness became a calling. Rooted in Love is now a movement, a return to natural wisdom, and a celebration of what it means to care for ourselves with intention.

From seamoss to bush teas, everything we offer is gathered, prepared and shared with reverence. It’s not just about what we sell. It’s about how we live, how we give, and how we grow — together.
